VA Cars and Carts is Family owned by three generations of the Hoylman Family, We operate by a simple saying, Treat people how you would want to be treated . We understand there's a lot of golf cart dealers so to separate ourselves we try to do things a little bit better. For example our owner Phil Hoylman post his personal cell phone (804)931-1805 because if you have a question or need help you shouldn't have to wait until we are open  Call at 11pm on a Sunday because if it's important to you it's important to us . We are never gonna have the biggest building or have a dealership in the big city because to do that we'd have to charge more . We know to get customers to drive a little out of their way you need to offer more , like free delivery and free service pickup and return for as long as you own your cart  if you need a new or preowned cart or need parts or service we want to be your dealer .
